100% OFF insulation for some Gisborne Homeowners!
Great news for some Gisborne homeowners - you may be eligible for 100% OFF home insulation (ceiling and underfloor insulation and on-ground moisture barrier) thanks to Trust Tairawhiti (previously the Eastland Community Trust) and EECA's Warmer Kiwi Homes programmes.
100% OFF insulation is available if you:
- own and live in the Gisborne home built before 2008, AND
- have a Community Services Card (CSC) or SuperGold combo card, OR
- are living in a home in an area identified as lower-income (Deprivation Index 8, 9 or 10 on NZDI).
